"Stronger than steel but lighter than aluminum", an excellent material - TAIRYFIL (Carbon Fiber Yarn) can be widely used for many kinds of fields. 

 

Its main applications are as follows :
1. Sports and Leisure: tennis and badminton rackets, fishing rod, bow, golf shaft, surfboard, ski-board, bicycle, etc. 
2. Vessels: yacht, reinforcing material for high-speed hull, windsurfing etc. 
3. Electric facility: spare parts for robot, computer, electric blanket, TV antenna, etc.  
4. Industrial use: tank, piping, bearing, CNG tank, roll, electrical generator of wind power, packing, electric blanket etc.
5. Vehicles: frame, friction lining for automotive brakes, leaf spring, drive shaft, racing car etc.
6. Medical devices: X-ray film cassette, wheelchair, bed of X-ray diagnostic equipment, etc.
7. Space and aerial-aviation: satellite, space shuttle, jet aircraft, jet fighter, rocket, C/C disk brake, etc.
8. Civil engineering: repairing and reinforcing material for bridges, building, etc.
 
Safe processing and handling
1.  Operation
TAIRYFIL, a superior conductor, should be kept away from electricity sources in operation. Operating equipment must be completely insulated to prevent shocks caused by the direct contact of TAIRYFIL to electricity.
2. Storage
TAIRFYIL is coiled on bobbins and stored in cartons which should not be crashed, or there will be damage to the surface of TAIRYFIL and to later process.
