All the process are monitoring by PLC on-line automatic monitoring system, process capacity rated CPK grade "A", the monitoring system also equipped with word type faults slow case to respond and problem in advance.
Process parameters are recorded regularly, to enable tracking, providing references for process control and tracking data base for QC purpose.
Facilitated with on line CCD checking system to check the surface of copper foils, to assure cosmetic requirement.
